This will be a gentle, calming practice utilizing props to support your body. The more your body is supported, the deeper the sense of relaxation. This practice is soothing to the nervous system and helps to quiet your mind, allowing you to release the tension you may be feeling, reducing stress in your body. Bring a sweater or sweatshirt, as well as cozy socks if you’d like, as restorative yoga may lower your blood pressure, making you feel a little cooler than normal.
Zoe’s Restorative Yoga workshops are 75 minutes long; we provide all the props you need; and the cost is $20. Space is limited to 15 students – so early registration is encouraged.
